You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of harm, loss, or damage incurred during your visit.
2. Release of Liability
By entering Quaggasfontein Private Game Reserve, you agree to:
- Release, discharge, and hold harmless Quaggasfontein Private Game Reserve, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands that arise from injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
- Waive your right to pursue any legal action against the reserve for any incident occurring during your visit.
3. Personal Responsibility
Visitors and hunters are expected to:

4. Medical Fitness

5. Insurance
Visitors and hunters are encouraged to have appropriate travel, medical, and personal insurance to cover potential risks during their visit.
6. Hunting-Specific Conditions
For hunters, additional terms apply:
- Compliance with all South African laws and regulations governing hunting is mandatory.
- Hunters participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that all firearms are handled safely and in accordance with reserve guidelines.
- Quaggasfontein Private Game Reserve is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during hunting activities.
7. Agreement to Terms
By entering Quaggasfontein Private Game Reserve premises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this indemnity agreement. This indemnity applies to you, your family members, dependents, and any minors under your care.
